What has your mechanic taught you?

I was recently speaking with a female customer about our Ladies Auto School. She posed a question that initially caught me off guard. She challenged me by asking, “Why? Why do I need to learn about my car when I have you guys”?

No one had ever questioned me before regarding the need for a Ladies Auto School. On the contrary, every person I have promoted the Ladies Auto School to has whole heartedly embraced the idea. This customer’s question, however, got me thinking. If a woman has a trustworthy, reliable mechanic and her day is already extremely hectic, why should she bother to educate herself about the operation and maintenance of her car?

A mechanic who takes the time to educate customers, hands over the power of knowledge to them – and that threatens many mechanics. In our Ladies Auto School however, we believe that an educated customer is our best customer. Those who attend the School learn about the importance of regular maintenance, the safe operation of their vehicle and the many things they can do to improve the performance of their car.

We offer the Ladies Auto Schools to any lady who wants to learn. Through education we are raising the level of customer awareness not only with our customers but throughout the local market – and most agree that’s a good thing.

In addition to empowering our attendees, all of the Registration proceeds from the Ladies Auto School are donated to Cancer Research. This is truly a great combination by any measure – education and research.

So the next time someone asks “Why do I need to learn more about my car?” I’ll have my answer ready! But don’t take my word on it, come out to the next Ladies Auto School on September 8th and learn for yourself! After all, knowledge is power.
